So here's your chance to experience Gaia Pollini's amazing Tea & Be Ceremonies, but without coming out to The Hill That Breathes in Italy (though it's likely that after drinking these teas for 2 hours you'll want more and want to sign up for a whole week!).

Gaia has been working with the finest (and most expensive) Chinese teas for several years now. She has studied the powerful energetic effects of tea with two Chinese masters. And she is now sharing the astonishing effects of this tea with people in these Tea & Be Ceremonies. Indeed, the effect of simply drinking these teas in a ceremony is like 'liquid meditation' (a phrase several of her participants have used).

In the ceremony, Gaia first chooses the appropriate tea for the group: each tea has a different effect on body and mind. Her green tea clears the head and promotes creativity. The white tea gets everyone beautifully zoned out. The oolongs are magical, people become deeply calm and gently defocused, like in meditation.

As she makes the different teas, the atmosphere changes and everyone feels the powerful effects of tea building up. Most people can't believe the shifts in their mood, and the arising sensations: energy pulsating; heat; vision and hearing becoming more sharp; speech becoming difficult… this is great stuff to shut your friends up.

By the end of the ceremony (which is quite difficult to bring about as everyone wants more), people feel pretty much at one with it all, their problems miles away and rather baffled to have experiences this through tea. Ah, and they want more.
